Welcome to our weekly practice update! Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or just starting out, you’re part of our Surfcoast Taichi & Qigong community. This week, we’ll continue to build on our foundations with a focus on Zhan Zhuang (standing meditation), BaDuanJin Qigong (Eight Pieces of Brocade), and the Yang 8 Taichi form. Each session is designed to help you move with greater ease, improve your balance, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.

Our classes are open to everyone—no experience needed. We’ll start with a gentle warm-up, move through balance and coordination drills, and explore the flowing movements of Qigong and Taichi. These ancient arts are proven to strengthen joints, enhance flexibility, and boost your overall wellbeing. Just bring comfortable clothes, flat-soled shoes, and an open mind!
